• £1 entry per boat except for races with helms not yet 14 years old and 14-17 years old

• Two people per boat

• Age of crews optional but must not helm

• Life jackets must be worn

• Transom starts from the beach

• One lap, rowing style course

• In the event of there being insufficient boats to accommodate all entrants a heat system will be used with a final to decide the winner
